I got an invite to the World of Warcraft Classic Beta. I imagine that’s because I’ve been a paying customer since the night it launched in the early 1900s (I might have the date wrong) and have leveled countless toons. Less than a lot of hardcore players. but more than most. I’ve never seriously played a Priest before so I started leveling one then realized that when the game goes live they are going to wipe the beta servers and I’ll loose all progress.

With the Godot 3.1 release, the Visual Shader editor was recreated from the ashes of its Godot 2.x ancestor. While usable and packed with visual features, Visual Shaders lacked many features from their Shader (script) big brother. A new update has been prepared for Godot 3.2 to solve this problem. My name is Chaosus, I'm the one of the core contributors of Godot, and I'm gladly presenting this update to our beloved engine.

SPOILERS (This post is full of lots of spoilers for Game of Thrones.) The internet seems generally disappointed with the final season of Game of Thrones. Yeah, me too, and it’s all about the writing. I’ll get right to the point of what I think went wrong: Daenerys, the Night King, and Arya. The short version: 1) Daenerys had an 8 year arc, a great one actually, but one misstep ruined it.

In the last report we introduced WebRTC and the reasons why it's being added to the list of web standards (and thus to Godot). As mentioned there, the WebRTC protocol supports a wide variety of applications: from VoIP, to video streaming, to custom data transfers. The interface that allows you to send custom data is called a data channel and is now exposed in Godot via a new WebRTCDataChannel interface (more on that later).
